Project Installation?Program

1. Site manager to prepare crane/forklift equipment and installation tools (cable reels. wrenches. electric wrenches. etc.) in advance.

3. Installing the fence and connecting the power line

4. commissioning and training. It is suggested for the user to arrange 2-3 people in advance to learn the operation procedure of the equipment. the maintenance of the equipment and troubleshooting.

Installation precautions?
1. Lifting equipment MUST avoid high-voltage lines. Pull a warning line.
2. Before starting a hot work. you must apply for a hot work permit file. the welding operator must be a licensed.
3. In the workshop get permission before starting hot works.
4. In the installation site should follow the relevant provisions of the workshop.
5. Installation workers must wear helmets and other labor protective gears at the installation site.
6. Use the warning tape to make a good enclosure warning in the installation site.
7. Need to be equipped with fire extinguishers.
8. Check the installation scope before starting the hot work. if there are flammable and explosive materials. they need to be isolated or removed 15m far away at least.
9. Working at higher position higher than 2 meters. not only wearing the basic labor insurance products. but also must wearing a safety belt. safety belt need to be hung at higher position on a strong object. A assistant needs to supervise on the floor.
10. Electricity in the workshop must be accessed through the maintenance box with MCB unit with leakage protection.
11. the use of welding machines. sanders. drills and other tools. you need to follow the use of tools related to the norms.
12. When welding. the ground wire of the welding machine must be clamped on the hot parts and within 0.5 meters from the welding point.
13. Clean the installation site. and clean up the waste materials and garbage during the installation in time every day.

Project Team Structure and Responsibilities
The company is equipped with: safety staff. special operations. electricians. welding and other project personnel. the project manager is responsible for the entire project. and other personnel are responsible for daily feedback to the company in a timely manner to the installation progress and the content of the day's work. and weekly summary of the work.
