Backup of all parameters and programs, organize a training to customer electrical engineers or line manager which contains all important information of machine design and programming.

Installation process control
The installation process is divided into three phases: installation preparation, installation and commissioning acceptance.

1. Installation preparation
● Organizing the design and technical communication and drawing review;
● According to the contract and process requirements, prepare "installation program";
● Conduct pre-installation technical briefing;
● Implement the approved installation plan;
● Formulate safety technical measures to ensure installation safety;
● Temporary facilities such as workshops and warehouses for installation shall be realized at the installation site according to the site conditions;
● Training of all kinds of personnel and equip appropriate installation machinery and testing equipment, and maintain them well.

2. Installation phase
● installation phase requires site manager to clarify the management responsibilities, take the necessary measures for materials, tools, equipment, personnel, schedule, installation safety, installation quality and other effective management, and make good installation records.
● The installation process should strictly implement the principles of safety first, standardized installation and civilized installation, and do a good job of standardized management.
● In the process of installation, it should do a good job in applying and confirming the change of design and installation, as well as the establishment of files and other series of management work.
● Should do a good job in the installation process every day before, during and after the work (implementation of pre-production preparatory work, the distribution of job content, the adjustment of the operation plan, the inspection and supervision of the operation, post-production sorting and summarizing) arrangements, and seriously organize and arrange the reasonable adjustment of the weekly progress of the installation work plan, real-time clear operation progress and installation requirements to ensure the smooth progress of the project.

3. Commissioning and acceptance stage
● Prepare the commissioning plan of each single machine, step by step to organize the commissioning of each single machine, and seriously do a good job of commissioning records;
● Get all preparation ready for the line commissioning with the help of customer, including conveyor, main packing machine, hydraulic system, control system. Do cleaning and maintenance work;
● Organize an entire training to operators of the customer, including the basic operating procedures and steps, maintenance procedures and daily troubleshooting methods;
● Discuss the line commissioning plan with customer and complete it, and confirm the calculation of production data method.
● Cooperate with customer to perform the line commissioning test successfully, prepare equipment acceptance paper and get it signed by customer. and transfer all necessary document to customer with acceptance.
