1.Safety Organization
Group leader: Wang Xiuguo (installation manager) is responsible for the overall safety.?
Safety officer: Jiang Shimin (installation manager) is responsible for safety supervision and inspection.

2.The safety responsibility of the person in charge at each level
(1) Responsibility for safety manager
● To organize the Installation in comply with " One standard and three specifications " issued by The Ministry of Construction, to implement the measures to prevent "four major injuries" in the Installation and the purchase of labor protection products, do not command against the rules, and stop unauthorized operation.
● Participate in the formulation and implementation of safety technical measures of the Installation site, and at the same time, they are the first person responsible for the fire prevention of the site's safe production and civilized Installation.
● When arranging Installation tasks, arrange the implementation of measures for civilized and safe Installation at the same time. Supervise and check the engineers and technicians and Installation workers of the site to do a good job of civilized and safe Installation in their own scope of responsibilities.
● Lead the relevant personnel of this site to carry out regular safety Installation inspections, including safety protection, electromechanical equipment, site civilization and sanitation. Timely stop unauthorized command and unauthorized operation, find hidden safety hazards in a timely manner to set people, location, time to rectify and have a turn back to check and acceptance.
● Educate site installation and commissioning and electrical commissioning personnel on safety discipline. Occurrence of safety accidents timely report, analyze the reasons and put forward corrective measures.

(2) Safety officer duties
● Responsible for the development and revision of safety Installation rules and regulations at the site.
● Regularly hold safety meeting to inform the safety Installation situation of the week, and criticize and punish the violators.
● Responsible for the safety education and skill prevention education for all staff.
● Supervise and check the reasonable use of safety equipment and the implementation of operating procedures on site. Criticize the violators.
● Is responsible for checking the licenses of electricians, welders and other special types of workers, and forbids those who are not licensed to work on the site.
● Is responsible for organizing electricians to check electrical equipment, lines and switch boxes on site, and organizing timely rectification of hidden dangers.
● Is responsible for filling in the notice of rectification of hidden dangers, fixing the time for rectification, and checking and acceptance. Lay out the site safety wall charts, warning signs, slogans, and so on.

(3) Employee safety code
● Is directly responsible for their own safety in the Installation, set up the concept of "I want to be safe in the Installation", and improve the preventive skills of "four do no harm".
● Strictly abide by all safety regulations and operating procedures, do not work against the rules and dissuade others from working against the rules.
● Do not play around, laugh, do personal work, sleep on the job, read books and newspapers, or be late for work or leave early during work.
● Before operation, before leaving work, should seriously carry out post safety inspection, found problems timely rectification, cannot rectify their own to immediately report to the team leader or safety officer to deal with.
● To take care of all kinds of Installation machinery and tools, and often check, especially power tools. Without the approval of the leadership or without a post certificate shall not operate mechanical equipment at will.
● Do not drink alcohol before operation, and do not go on duty after drinking.
● Strictly use the "three guarantees" according to the regulations, and wear the labor protection equipment carefully. Accept the guidance of the safety officer and put forward rationalization suggestions, and have the right to refuse the unauthorized command. When an accident occurs, they should actively rescue the victim, protect the scene of the accident, and truthfully report the accident to the person in charge.

3.Safety management system
(1) Safety education before entry installation site
● Installation personnel must participate in safety education before entering the Installation site, according to the Installation characteristics of the targeted selection of educational content, and have been taught to trainers to sign the records on file.
● The content of safety education should include the Installation site safety environment, the position of the safety and technical operating procedures and other relevant rules and regulations of education.
● For the more technical and closely related to safety professions, all participants should be given technical training before Installation to ensure that the Installation technology is safe and secure.
● Any Installation personnel who have not participated in the above training are strictly prohibited to work on the Installation site, and the unauthorized personnel who do not listen to the advice will be severely punished, or transferred from the Installation site.

(2) Safety specification presentation
Before the start of the project, the person in charge of the installation shall make a detailed briefing of the project construction overview, construction plan, safety technical measures, etc. to the personnel participating in the construction, and keep written records. The person in charge of installation must make safety briefings to workers on construction, requirements, working environment, etc. every day, that is, a level-by-level technical briefing system is implemented.

3. Civilized construction regulations
● Construction materials must be stacked neatly to minimize space occupation, and scattered materials should be prefabricated as soon as possible; it is prohibited to occupy roads occupied without approval to stack construction materials.
● Work tools should be collected and placed in appropriate places. Sleeping is not allowed on site.
● On-site cleaning and sanitation;
● Clean the work area within the specified time to ensure that the site is cleared of materials when the work is completed. Strictly abide by Customer factory discipline rules.

4.Temporary Installation Electricity Regulations
● The temporary Installation electricity regulations shall comply with the requirements of JGJ46-2005 " Technical code for safety of temporary electrification on construction site"; three-level power distribution and two-level protection shall be implemented.
● The cables entering the switch box should conform to the three-phase five-wire system, and one machine and one gate should be implemented for leakage protection. Switch, distribution box should have a door, lock, rainproof facilities, electricity box in and out of the line, power supply
● Switch, insurance and other devices to meet the requirements, aging broken skin does not meet the requirements of the wire is not allowed to use, the line must be set up on an insulated column.
● The design and installation of electric lines in the Installation site must be validated and accepted by the relevant responsible engineer before use.
● Mechanical equipment that is electrically powered must have zero-grounding protection.

5.Installation site fire prevention regulations
● On-site fire prevention is the responsibility of the person in charge of the installation. Provide fire protection knowledge education to all construction personnel.
● During construction in a fire-prohibited area, electrical and fire measures must be taken and must be approved by Customer person in charge and Customer safety officer.
● Fire scenes should be equipped with adequate fire prevention equipment.
● Regulations on the use of construction protective facilities and employee labor protection supplies

6.Regulations on the use of protective facilities and employee labor protection supplies
● Safety helmet: Wear it anywhere on site.
● Reflective clothing: Wear it anywhere on site.
● Anti-puncture shoes: Wear them anywhere on site.
● Eye protection: Use in places where objects or debris may fly out.
● Gloves: Wear gloves when possible.

7.Accident report handling system
● In case of an accident involving minor injuries or more occurs at site, the site manager and the safety officer must organize timely and right rescue, protect the accident site, and immediately report to the company's quality and safety department. The report includes the time, location, extent of injury, and report analysis of the cause of the accident.
● Assist Customer safety department to investigate the accident, rectify and improve prevention facilities, and prevent recurrence of the accident.
● The safety officer will fill in the "Accident Registration Form" and submit a monthly work injury statistics report.
● Organize an accident analysis meeting for all employees, and write an accident investigation in accordance with the principle of not letting go of accidents.
● The company's Quality and Safety Department will report the accident investigation and handling report and deal with those responsible for the accident.
